REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

    • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags intact.
    • Certain items, such as sale or clearance products, may not be eligible for returns.

  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, contact us at info@optasonali.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Exchanges

    • If you’d prefer an exchange, please let us know, and we will assist you in selecting an alternative product of equal value.

  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Gift cards, downloadable content, and certain personal care items may not be refunded.
